Race for Life

Mercy Hospice Auckland

This annual event, first held in 2007, is a day at the racetrack for terminally ill patients from Mercy Hospice, Auckland.

Hick Bros Civil Construction Ltd, along with Woods, and a number of other sponsors organise and fund the event which offers patients and their carers an experience to remember. A number of racing cars and their drivers are available to take them for laps of the Pukekohe race track as well as getting the opportunity to see some great driving.

This years event was be held on Tuesday 5^th April, 2011 and despite less than favourable weather was a great day out.
