A 16 Hectare greenfield on the Pohutukawa Coast, the Beachlands Development will provide for 259 lots, just minutes away from Omana and Maraetai Beach. With construction taking place in three stages, Hicks broke ground on stage one earthworks in late 2022. Earthworks challenges on this site include multiple stream beds crossing through the site requiring cleaning out and reinstatement with suitable drainage and fill. Civil construction challenges will include working within live traffic to upgrade portions of Beachlands Rd.
